Operating since 1987 Chebucto Connections changes lives right here in our neighbourhood every day. Serving as a community Hub we identify and attract resources that help improve the communities overall health and well-being.
SNAPSHOT OF OUR IMPACT!
• We support over 300 individuals monthly that are struggling with food insecurity.
• We support over 2000 people each year establish a more robust support system.
• We support 240+ youth each year at J.L Ilsey Highschool successfully graduate.
• We mail out 660 free books annually to children 0-5 years old.
• We have supported 75 individuals who were uninsured with dental care.
• We host over 100 volunteers a year who give their time to support our programs.
As a non-profit organization proceeds from events such as this are essential and make a real difference in helping to improve lives in our community.
